Can I view the cars before booking?
Of course! We are happy to arrange for you to view the cars, ask any questions and to also have a sit in them to get a feel for the vehicles and space available. If you would like to arrange this, please contact us.
Will my car be decorated with ribbons?
As standard, all of our cars come decorated in white ribbon. However, if you have a specific ribbon colour or pattern that you wish to provide or ask for us to try and match, then we are always more than happy to accomodate your needs.
Do you own all of your vehicles?
Yes, we own all of our vehicles.
Do you offer a price match guarantee?
Yes certainly, we are confident we will be able to offer the best value for money. Just let us know your budget and expectations and we will work with you to make sure your day goes perfectly.
What area do you cover?
We offer our wedding car hire services in Kent, East Sussex and Surrey.
Booking and Payment
Do I have to pay you a deposit to book the vehicles?
A deposit of £100 per car is payable at the time of booking. This guarantees the availability of your chosen vehicle and time slot. This deposit is non refundable.
When do I have to pay you the balance?
The final balance needs to be paid 30 days prior to the booking date.
How do we pay for your services?
There are three ways you can pay with us:

What prices do you charge for your cars?
No two weddings are the same, so each of our quotes are tailored to meet your needs allowing you to work within your budget and get a package tailored to your day. Please contact us for specific quotes.
All of our quotes are fully inclusive based on what needs we have discussed with you. We do not charge extra for use of vehicles on bank holidays.
Is there a minimum booking time?
Due to particular requirements that come with Wedding vehicles we are unable to take bookings with less than 7 days notice.
Any bookings that are within 31 days require the payment to be made in full at time of booking.
On the day
What happens if the car breaks down?
A concern raised by anyone relying on a vehicle that they have hired for an important event and need everything to run like clockwork. We ensure that all of our cars are regularly serviced and maintained to a high standard.
However if the worst does happen, we will replace the vehicle with one of the others from our fleet.
Can you carry children?
Yes, however you must inform us if any of the children are under the age of 14 and note that you are also responsible for supplying a suitable Child Seat for the journey.
