Our Cars

  • Can I view the cars before booking?

    Of course! We are hap­py to arrange for you to view the cars, ask any ques­tions and to also have a sit in them to get a feel for the vehi­cles and space avail­able. If you would like to arrange this, please con­tact us.

  • Will my car be decorated with ribbons?

    As stan­dard, all of our cars come dec­o­rat­ed in white rib­bon. How­ev­er, if you have a spe­cif­ic rib­bon colour or pat­tern that you wish to pro­vide or ask for us to try and match, then we are always more than hap­py to acco­mo­date your needs.

  • Do you own all of your vehicles?

    Yes, we own all of our vehicles.

  • Do you offer a price match guarantee?

    Yes cer­tain­ly, we are con­fi­dent we will be able to offer the best val­ue for mon­ey. Just let us know your bud­get and expec­ta­tions and we will work with you to make sure your day goes perfectly.

Our Services

Booking and Payment

  • Do I have to pay you a deposit to book the vehicles?

    A deposit of £100 per car is payable at the time of book­ing. This guar­an­tees the avail­abil­i­ty of your cho­sen vehi­cle and time slot. This deposit is non refundable.

  • When do I have to pay you the balance?

    The final bal­ance needs to be paid 30 days pri­or to the book­ing date.

  • How do we pay for your services?

    There are three ways you can pay with us:

    1/ Bank Transfer

    2/ Cheque

    3/ Cash

  • What prices do you charge for your cars?

    No two wed­dings are the same, so each of our quotes are tai­lored to meet your needs allow­ing you to work with­in your bud­get and get a pack­age tai­lored to your day. Please con­tact us for spe­cif­ic quotes.

    All of our quotes are ful­ly inclu­sive based on what needs we have dis­cussed with you. We do not charge extra for use of vehi­cles on bank holidays.

  • Is there a minimum booking time?

    Due to par­tic­u­lar require­ments that come with Wed­ding vehi­cles we are unable to take book­ings with less than 7 days notice.

    Any book­ings that are with­in 31 days require the pay­ment to be made in full at time of booking.

On the day

  • What happens if the car breaks down?

    A con­cern raised by any­one rely­ing on a vehi­cle that they have hired for an impor­tant event and need every­thing to run like clock­work. We ensure that all of our cars are reg­u­lar­ly ser­viced and main­tained to a high standard.

    How­ev­er if the worst does hap­pen, we will replace the vehi­cle with one of the oth­ers from our fleet.

  • Can you carry children?

    Yes, how­ev­er you must inform us if any of the chil­dren are under the age of 14 and note that you are also respon­si­ble for sup­ply­ing a suit­able Child Seat for the journey.
